My Story
I never enjoyed intense exercise,
and I could never stick with it.
About 15 years ago,
a personal health challenge led me to explore gentle Eastern self-healing practices.
Through breathing, gentle stretching, tapping, mindful movement, and Vital Qi jogging,
my body gradually began to change.
I felt lighter.
I slept better.
And I finally had more energy again.
Over time,
I realized these simple daily practices could help many other people too.
Today, I share these gentle wellness practices with adults 50+ around the world —
helping people move more comfortably, feel calmer, and reconnect with their bodies naturally.
Training & Experience

🧘♀️ Certified Yoga Therapist
(800-Hour Training)
Mae holds a Master’s degree in Change Management and is a certified Yoga Therapist with over 800 hours of training.
She also holds certifications in Rest & Revitalization Sleep Meditation and therapeutic movement practices for knee and hip health.
For over 15 years,
Mae has shared gentle wellness practices with thousands of people seeking better movement, relaxation, sleep, and overall well-being.
