after my body and mind had hit rock bottom.

I used to be a fast-paced corporate executive—
constantly chasing deadlines, buried in pressure.

Back then, I believed that the harder I pushed, the more I proved my worth.


Until one day… my health collapsed.
And I came dangerously close to cancer.

I went from hospital to hospital,
tried every medication the doctors gave me—
but my body only grew weaker.

I struggled with chronic pain, asthma, insomnia, and depression.
I felt lost—and deeply afraid of what the future might bring.

That’s when I knew: something had to change.

In search of true healing, I turned to natural methods.
And that’s when I discovered the world of Eastern medicine and energy healing.

Through gentle, consistent daily practice,
I began to rebuild from the inside out.
Little by little, my health returned—and so did my confidence.

I reconnected with the deep wisdom of the body,
and experienced the extraordinary power of self-healing.

My energy came back.
I no longer needed medication.
I felt balanced, alive, and deeply at peace.

And in helping others heal,
I discovered something even more precious—
a sense of purpose and joy I’d never known before.

That’s why I created Vital Qi · The Way to Wellness—
to share this powerful, proven method
that blends ancient Eastern wisdom with modern science,
for women who feel lost, stuck, or disconnected.

Because I truly believe:


Every woman—no matter her age—
deserves to feel vibrant, empowered,
and at home in her body once again.

I’m a certified Yoga Therapist with over 800 hours of training,
a certified instructor in Rest & Revitalization Sleep Meditation,
and have specialized certification in managing inflammation of the knees and hips.

For the past 15 years, I’ve been offering gentle, safe, and effective healing practices to thousands of people seeking physical and emotional recovery.

Through years of teaching and self-healing,
I developed a complete system called Vital Qi · The Way to Wellness— blending the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, neuroscience, fascia therapy, Eastern breath and energy work, and emotional support.

My mission is simple:

reawaken their inner vitality at this crucial stage of life—

Better and Better

**Dear Mae,
